After making the mental shift to stay healthy, Fitness
Exchange has provided me the perfect balance of location, exercise options, a
warm staff, and the best gym members in Houston. My typical week includes elliptical
for cardio, free weights for strength, and stretching and yoga for flexibility. The
workout environment is positive and low pressure which makes it a great place
to de-stress and do something good for myself after a long hard day at work. A
special thank-you to the staff, and to all my friends for making the gym such
an inviting place to get fabulous! Audry Rider

Choosing Dwayne Cookson as my fitness trainer is the best
decision I’ve made recently for improving the level of my physical fitness.
He is great at motivating me to work hard. More importantly, he is an excellent
teacher. Dwayne provides careful instruction in the proper performance of the
exercises so that I receive maximal benefit from them. During our training sessions,
he is focused on me. At the start of my training with Dwayne, we set measurable
goals. I surpassed my first set of goals and am now working on my second. With
Dwayne’s continued assistance and supervision, I look forward to achieving,
